At Jeluna Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

                                        Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

                                        Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

                                   Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Lingerie and underwear
Intimate apparel
Adult products and personal massagers
Opened beauty or personal care products
Any item marked as non-returnable

                                              Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
